We believe Einstein was addressing Realtors when he made that statement. Value is an important word in the English language. It can mean monetary worth, recompense for something, or even usefulness. But more important we believe it is the basis for the principals that we hold ourselves accountable to in our actions and deeds. During my many years in real estate, I have always accepted that my local area knowledge and thorough understanding of the real estate transaction are sound tenets of my business. But it is the individualization of working with each client as a unique experience that defines the true meaning of value to which Einstein refers.

Whether we are showing homes along the Harbor & Bay of Port Washington & Manhasset, on the Sound in Sands Point or down the tree lined lanes of the Cow Neck Peninsula, each new client brings an unforgettable experience. The most memorable moments of my career happen when the keys are passed from owner to owner. All of the paperwork, open houses, negotiations, time schedules and last minute changes are put to rest and each family can embark on a new adventure; one that I am forever a part of!
Of course, from the time a home is listed, to the moment the keys change hands, an exhausting amount of work and research goes into the process. Passing this knowledge along to my clients helps them understand the residential real estate market on our little slice of perfection here on the North Shore of Nassau.
